Quality Issues or Shipping Errors: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly made by us, we offer two flexible solutions to ensure your satisfaction. To simplify the process and save your time, you do not need to ship the original item back to us.

Full Refund: A 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Free Replacement: We will produce and ship a new item to you at no additional cost. You do not need to pay any shipping or product fees for the replacement.

Non-Customized Products:
If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-custom) product, you may request a return within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customized Products:

Customer Choice: Due to the unique nature of custom-made LED signs, these items cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom products based on subjective preferences or "change of mind."

Ordering Errors: If the custom content is incorrect due to information wrongly provided by the customer, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we value your support and will offer a 10% partial refund of the order amount to minimize your loss. No return is required.
