Because our items (such as LED house numbers and signs) involve personalized manufacturing and rigorous quality testing, we require specific timeframes to ensure the highest standards.

Shipping Time: 8-18 Business Days

1. Order Processing & Production Time (Custom Orders)

Since most of our products are made-to-order, please note the following timeline:

• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

• Production/Handling Time: 5–10 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

• Note: Production begins once your custom design/details are confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods, Transit Times & Costs

We offer two shipping tiers. Please note that Transit Time does not include the initial Production Time.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time.

3. Taxes & Duties (100% Covered by Us)

We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. For orders to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia:

• No Extra Charges: All import taxes and duties are borne by us. Under normal circumstances, you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

• What if I'm notified to pay? Sometimes, additional tariffs are unavoidable due to local customs. If you are asked to pay any fees, please contact our customer service at [service@singeee.com] immediately. We will handle it for you or provide a full reimbursement.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [service@singeee.com] within 48 hours of the delivery date (please include photos if damaged). We will contact you immediately to provide a tailored solution for your custom order.
