SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are produced within 5–10 business days depending on customization details and current production volume. Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3–8 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Each set of house numbers is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Because every item is custom-made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.

Can I customize the size of my address plaque?
Yes. The plaques are available in 16", 20", and 24" sizes. If you need a different size, please contact us to request a custom option.
How many numbers can the plaque display?
The 16" model supports up to 4 characters, while the 20" and 24" models can accommodate up to 6 characters for clear visibility.
What lighting options are available?
You can choose between 3000K warm white, 6500K cold white, Dual Color (warm + cool, switchable by remote), or RGB.
What is Character Color?
Character Color is the color of the raised acrylic numbers themselves, available in White or Dark Gray. This is separate from the backlight color.
What power options are available?
A 24V transformer (electrical) or 24V solar power. You can order both — not to run at once, but as a spare or for low-sunlight periods. Only one power source is used per installation.
Is the sign suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The plaque is made from stainless steel and acrylic, materials designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions.
Are the LED lights replaceable?
The LEDs are designed for long-term performance and normally do not require replacement. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
Can the plaque be installed vertically?
Yes. The plaque can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation. When installed vertically, the overall size does not change—the width and height simply switch positions to fit the vertical layout.
What is your return policy?
Because each sign is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, so we can arrange a replacement.
How long is the warranty?
A 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED or electrical failure under normal use.
